Beam Saber is a Forged In The Dark game about the pilots of powerful machines in a war that dominates every facet of life. They are trying to do their part, then get out physically and mentally intact. The organizations that perpetuate The War throughout all of known space are too incomprehensibly huge to take down. There is no “winning” The War, there is only surviving it. Hopefully you can help others get out too.

BackerKit Survey reminder
– Fri, Jul 24, 2020 at 06:43:11 AM
I'm very happy to announce that 93% of you have completed the BackerKit survey! Unfortunately that also means that 7% of you, which is to say 124 of you, have not. I have sent out a BackerKit email reminder, but I am also making an update about it here because it is VERY IMPORTANT that you complete your survey! I want to make sure that no one misses the survey because their email has changed, or BackerKit is getting filtered out, or whatever.
Reasons you need to complete your BackerKit survey:
1) To get your name credited in the book.
2) To get your physical reward!
3) To purchase add-ons such as additional copies of the printed book.
If you aren't sure whether or not you completed your survey, or if you did but need to change something, you can always go to https://beamsaber.backerkit.com to enter or modify survey information.

BackerKit Surveys SENT
– Sun, Jun 14, 2020 at 08:23:40 PM
I've gotten a sufficient number of issue free responses from the BackerKit Smoke Test to be permitted to send out the full BackerKit survey! After I post this update I will be sending them out.
Soon, you’ll receive an email with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since I need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://beamsaber.backerkit.com/
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://beamsaber.backerkit.com/faq.
Once these surveys are in I can start adding the Kickstarter Backers to the rules. Please note that even wit the surveys in the final product is still months away. All the wonderful art, layout, editing, writing, and consultation still needs to be completed (not to mention the printing, proofing and shipping).
